Vincent Courtpey recommended that the Sapitary Sewer I�p. #4 awards made <br />by the commissioners not be appealad evep though a couple of thetu are higher <br />than expected but are still reasonable. <br />DeVJitt�s award increased from �1125.00 to �3200..00 <br />Krannak�s award increased from.�2100.00 to �4,000.00. <br />July 5th is the date of expiratiott of appeal. Kennedy seconded that the Village Attorney be authorized <br />to accept the awards as made by Board of Commnisaionera on Sanitary Sevrer <br />Project #4 except that he be authorized to appeal either or both of the <br />DelYitt or the IU°apnak awards if either or both of them appeal. Motion carried. <br />•JANNA MATTER: Mr. Robert J. Broen, 3324 Lake Johapna Blvd. has iq his possess- <br />ion the Earnest Money Agreement aigned by i�r. Jamma. Mr. Broen ia interested <br />in purchasing the property at the above addresa which is next door to the <br />Jamma property but only if certaiq reviaions are put into the easement. Ae <br />has consulted with the Village �qgineer and the Villsge Attorney and was <br />present at this meeting to present his case. <br />PHr. Qlmen moved, BQrs. Btromquist seconded that the Vil]a ge Attorney be advised <br />to draw up ne� Earnest Nioney Contracts for Jamma and Halstead property,. (it <br />ia the Halstead propertg B�r. Broen wants to purchase) with ravisiona as <br />requeated by Mr. Eroep and furnished by Village Engineer. Theae contracts <br />are to be drawp up and given to �r. Broen to execute only after he (NIr.Broen) <br />gives the Village Attorney the contract he is novr holding with Mr. Jammata <br />signatt:re on it. B�otion carried. <br />GARNET HAI,L 3,�AATTER: re: letter to Mrs. Stromquiat requesting a f3ring range <br />locatio❑ at the Araenal. A firing range is not permitted on Induatrisl <br />property and all of the Arsenal is zoned Industrial. This requeat should go <br />to the Board of �ppeels who could grant a permit. <br />NEL50N MATTER: The demand nom is for �10�000.00 because of losa of two lots <br />and a lot of treea, etc. Thia demand is in excess of apg figures given by <br />appraisera.
