Traffic comas in at all times of the night creating conaiderable <br />disturbance. Mr. Crepeau will ipatruct the 3quad car to atrol this area <br />and assured the residenta that the council will give 100;�cooperation to <br />their whole problem. <br />h�. I�ITH WIISON, 3566 Glen Arden Rd. presented plans and a request for <br />permission to move his home to a new location in the village due to highwaq <br />condemnation o£ hie present property. I�rr. Cley Kelley, building inspector <br />appeared with Mr. Wilson and assured the council that bFr. Wilson's plana <br />tie in v�ith the surroundin� area where he will be moving. Mr. Courtney <br />suggested that the council inatruct Nf�. th'ilson to check with the fire in- <br />spector as to best time to move. I�r.V:ilson agreed to this. <br />�lir. Crepeau,moved, h,rs. Stro�quiat seconded that the council allow the <br />necessary permits to atr. Wilson. Motion carried. <br />MR. JIPd THONIAS, 1655 Valeptine Ave. expressed hia concern with the proposed <br />island to be placed at jupction of Valeptine Court and Valentine Ave. as <br />shown on the mep of the new road improvament. At recent road hearings this <br />island will be directly in front of hia property and will create a nuisance <br />as far as he ie concerned as traffic will come i❑ then back around this <br />island, etc. He has lived at nia preaent address for 10 years and does not <br />feel traffic is such tkiat it warrants blocking the road. <br />N'�t. IARfiY 1(� , 1645 Valentine Ave. also expressed opposition to this <br />•islsnd and flzr her requeated a storm sewer be put in on Valentine Ave. <br />With roads being left at 24� as they are at present he was advised a storm <br />sewer was not feasible in these plans. <br />Mr. Olmen moved, �rs. Stromquist seconded that a public hearing be held <br />July lOth with written notice to be sent to all residents on Valentine Ave. <br />and Valentine Court to settle this detail of the road improvement program. <br />MR. �'INCEn;T COURTNEY, VIZIAGTS ATTORNEY reported that on �4sy 29 th the Joseph <br />Besch sr�tter w�s appealed to the Supreme Court. <br />The Leslie �ordia matter re: house trailer parking on residential property <br />and also building of connecting structures on a single lot. Clerk has <br />written letter re: house trailer. Attorney has written letter re: <br />copnecting structures. <br />The sewage pro�lem at the Hobert Rydeen residepce, 3294 Ieke Johanna Blvd. <br />still exists. The cesapool of his neighbor �irs. Thompaon overflows. 3he <br />has had it pumped three timea and reftisea to continue to do thie as she is <br />willing to put in the aewer but this ia ell tied up with the Johadna <br />easementa. A csomplaint should be si�ned and referred to the Village Health <br />Officer. Whole matter Peferred to birs. Stromquiat. <br />The purchase of the I�ke Johsnna Fire Department building was again dis- <br />cusaed. The purchase price was to be �4,000.00 with the Village paying <br />.closing ooata. The Earnest Money Qontract to be written providing the <br />payment of �4,000.00 be made after Jan., 1962 thus being ellowed in n�xt <br />year'� budget. <br />� � <br />
