Nonan <br />Mi�utes <br />The minutes of the <br />proved as amended. <br />Regular Council Meeting of July 14, 1969 were ap- <br />PUBLtC NEARING - Proposed Sanifary Sewer Improvement No. 14 <br />(verbatim minutes attached) <br />No Council action was taken. <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br />Proposed Water Improvement 68-3 Petttion far t9ater <br />Ronald Herrick, who is building a home at 1166 Cariton Drive, presenied <br />a petition for water from res(dents of Tilter Lane, Carlton prive <br />and Ingerson Road. The resuits of a survey, which was taken by several <br />women of the area, were aEso read by h4r. Nerrick and submitted to t6e <br />Cterk Administrator to be ptaced on file with the petit{on. <br />REPOR7 OF ATTORNEY VlNCENT P. COUftTNEY <br />Proposed licanse Ordlnance� Service Stations <br />Attorney Courtney submit-i-ed a report on this proposal to Clerk Admin- <br />istrator and recommended eopies be d'+si-ributed to the Cou�cil. After <br />some discu5sion, Counciiman Nenderson introduced by Title and moved <br />the Firs�h Reading be given to RN ORDtNANCE LICENSING AUTOMOBILE SERVICE <br />STATlOMS, ES7ABLISH#NG LlCENSE FEES TNEREFOR, AND ESTABLiSHING PENALTIES <br />FOR VIOLATiON; and, as recommended by A#torney Courtney, the matter <br />be referred to tha Finance Committee for- further study; seconded by <br />Counciiman Olmen; motfon carr�ied unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 103, Proposod Amendment <br />Councilman Henderson introduced by Titls aad moved that the First Read- <br />ing be given to AN ORDINP.NCE AMENDIN6 OROiNANCE N0. 103, RELATIN� TO <br />THE MUNICiPAL l9ATER SYSTEM, TO IMPOSE A DELlNQUENCY CHARGE OF 8 PER- <br />CENT ON ACCOUNTS CERTIFIED TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR, AND REViSING THE <br />PROCEDURE FOR HANOLiNG WATER METER DEPOSfTS; seconded by Councilman <br />Crepeau; motion carried �nanimously, <br />Ordinance No. 76, Naegele Siqn Matter <br />Af•�er some discussion, the Councif requested A1-torney Courf�ey to pur- <br />s�o the snforcement of Ordinance No. 76, regarddng -the non-conformi�g <br />sign owned by Naegele Sign Company and located at Highway l0,harth of <br />Highway 96: This sign is a billboard located in a residentiai area; <br />Cferk Administrai-or stated that, to her knowiedge, !t is the only <br />non-confiorming sign remaining in 7he Viliage. <br />REPORT OF ENGINEER DONALD LUND <br />Proposed Gra� Fox Road Construction, Feasibility Ropori- <br />Engineer Lund submitted a written feasibility report, dated July 28, <br />1969, which inctuded a proposed construcTian map and cost esfiimates. <br />� _� — --- <br />
