G9-10, Theodore Hamm t�rewinq Company <br />Ftve sets of preliminary site plans were submltted by two representatives <br />from tho Theodore Hamm [3rewing Company; a written report concerning the <br />plans was received from V(Ilage Planner Carl Da�e and read by Clerk Admin- <br />istrator lorraine Stromquist. Atter Councfi discusslon, Councilman Holien- <br />horst moved, seconded by Councflman CrepQau, approval of the issuance of <br />a building permlt to the Hamm f3rewing Company, su6ject to the approvai of <br />the Planning Gommtssion; motfon carrfed unanimously. <br />iiUSIfJESS FROf•1 TNE FLOOR <br />None. <br />�ids - Dump Truck and AccessorY EquiDment <br />Counciima� CrQ�q �e�a,� �m�oved, seconded by Councilman hiollenhorst, <br />tho dump trucN%b'�"awarded to McGee Truck, inc., the only truck <br />$8,110.00; that thQ bids for accessory equipmont be referred <br />Vincent P. COURTIJEY <br />tha bid for <br />bidder, for <br />to Attorney <br />for further <br />Iluman Riqhts Ordinance Amendment - Second and Finat Readina <br />Councllman Holienhorst moved, seconded by Councilman Crepeau, that tho <br />rules be waived and the Second and Final Reading be given to an ordinance <br />amonding Ordinance No. 105, relating to the Human Rights Commission, by <br />enlarging the commission and providing specific qualifications therefor; <br />motion carried unanfmously. <br />GDt1 Inc. - Stock Transfer <br />Attorney Courtney will report at the July 14, i969, Council meeting regard- <br />Ing this matter. <br />Tax Abatement Application - l3ooster Station Site <br />� Counciiman t�enderson moved, seconded by Councilman Crepeau, to authorize <br />the execution of the application for tax abatement of property purchased <br />from Donovan Constructlon Company and others for the villago booster stat- <br />ion; motfon carried unanimously. Clerk Adminlstrator requested to return <br />the executed applicatton, in duplicate, to Attorney Courtney. <br />Case Ido. 66-t2 - Richter Variance Request <br />After some discussion regarding the time Iimftations on vartances and spec- <br />iai use permits as required in Ordinance No. 113, but not mado retroactive, <br />CAuncilman Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Councilman Crepeau to rea prove <br />the varianco request of Eugene Richter (Case No. 66-12); th(s varlan�ce <br />was approved in 1966, but the work not started; approval subject to re- <br />view by the Planning Commission; motion carriQd unanimously. <br />Clerk Admfnistrator was requested to list other pending cases so they can <br />_ ._ba-reconsidered by the Councll. <br />
