Grudnoske, on which he will have <br />a report regarding a dtscrepancy in the legal descriptton at the July 14, <br />1969, Council mseting. <br />REPORT OF ENGINEER DONALD LUNO <br />(Absent - written report read by Clerk Administrator> <br />Pro�sosed Sanitary Sewer Imorovement No. !d - Feasibilitv Report <br />Coptes of the Feasfbtlity Report for sanitary sewer for the Thom Drive and <br />New C3righion Road areas as prepar�d and submitted by Enlgneer Lund were <br />distributed to the�Council. Peti-Fions from both areas have been recelved <br />and are on file at the Village office. <br />Councilman Hollenhorst moved, seconded 'vy Councilman Crepeau, that the pubiic <br />hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 14 be scheduled for July 28, <br />1969, at 8:00 p.m, at the Vlilage Hall• motion carr ed unanimously. <br />� i},u,. <br />Sanitary Sewer improvemants No. 12 and 13 <br />Followtng council dlscuss(on of the matter of proposed Sewer Improvement <br />fJo. 12 and No. f3 Counciiman Hollenhorst moved, 5econdeG by Councilman <br />Crepeau approval of the attached resolution ordering construction of San- <br />itary Sewor Improvement No. 12 under and pursuant to Minno5ota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429. IAotion carried unanimously. <br />Councfiman Hotlenhorst moved. seconded by Councilman Crepeau,approval of <br />the attached resolution orderfng construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 13, Sections A,B,C and D as designated on the engineers plan� under <br />and pursuant to Minnesota Statute; Chapter 429. Motton carried unanimously. <br />�dayor f3jorndahl stated, and the council agreed, that the �ouncil is taktng <br />under advisement the possibilfty of spreading the total assessment of <br />SI0.00 per front foot for abutting sewer a�d E535.00 per acre for non-abutt- <br />ing sewer in view of the fact that construction ot additionat capacity may <br />not be needed in the future. The council has previousiy adopted a policy <br />that the total essessment for sanitary sewer improvements wi11 not ezceed <br />810.00 per front foot. <br />� Request for Extension of Gray Fox Road <br />A tetter petftion was recetved from the Tri-State Land Company and the <br />Theodo�e Hamm Drewing Company requesting that 6ray Fox Road be extended <br />to the Highway 5I service drfve as shown on the Hamm Brewl�g Company stte <br />plan. <br />Councilman Hollenhorsfi moved, seconded by Counctiman Crepeau, to authorize <br />Banlster Engfneering Company to prepare the feaslbility report and plans <br />and specifications for the requested 6ray Fox Road axtension; motton <br />carried unanimously. <br />Co�ncil requested C�erk Administrator to send a copy of the letter petition <br />to Attorney Courtney, who will determine whether a public hearing is neces- <br />• sary since the petitioners are the only property owners invoived. <br />- 2 - <br />
