He does not believe Arden Hills <br />w(ll be atfected by this law. <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement Request - Euqe�e Gazeika <br />Engineer Lu�d reported that another r�quest has been received from Mr. <br />Gazelka for sewer for his property on Snelling Avenue. A raport is being <br />� prepared as previously authorized by the Council. <br />Hlghways 10 and 35W Hiqhwav Siqns <br />Engineer Lund reported that the preliminary site plans for the highway signs <br />at the interchange ot these highways as presented by the M(nnesota High- <br />way Department appear to be proper and in o�der. No Councii actlon neces- <br />sary. <br />Ramsey County 1969 Road Construction Plans <br />Engineer Lund reported he had reviewed the plans and schedule from the <br />Ramsey County Engineer'S Offtce regardfng construction work in Arden Hiils <br />in 1969; these are listed in his report, dated June 30, 1969, and on file <br />at the vi��age office. <br />Northern States Power Company - Rate Revision <br />Letter, dated June 24, 1969, from tha Northern Statas Power Company stated <br />that residents requesting undergrounj electrical service and maintenance <br />will be charged an additional $2.00 monthly. <br />Krannak PropertY Ma�ker <br />Engineer Lund has contacted Carley Engineering Company to obtain a copy of <br />the survey of the Krannak property to assist In re-establfshing the north- <br />east corner of Mr. Krannak's property on Fernwood Street, north of County <br />Road F. <br />Lift Statlon Equipment Bid <br />As recommended by Engfneer Lund, Councilman Flollenhorst moved, seconded <br />by Councilman Crepeau, that eanister Engineering Company be authorized to <br />advertise for bids for the purchase and f�stallation of 2 Impellors fior <br />the Ingerson lift�station; and authorized the schedulfng of the bid open- <br />Ing for July 25, 1969 at II:00 a.m. at the Village Mall; and authorized <br />Clerk Admfnistrator to open the bids at that time; motian carrled unanimous- <br />ly. <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN HOLIENHORST - Planning and Zo�ing <br />None. <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN CREPEAU - Publfc Safety <br />Rapresentation at Conventions <br />• Arden Hills was represented at the Minnesota State Fire Chiets and Firemen's <br />Convention by Councilman Crepeau and also the Minnesota Police and Peace <br />Ofticers' Convention by Officer Gordon Fickett. <br />�•�aqe Ad.�ustments - Pubiic Safety Personnel <br />Councliman Crepeau moved, seconded by �cilman Henderson, that the fol- <br />lowing salary adJustments become efiective July 1, 1969: Chiet of Police <br />Victor Weber - an increase of 525.00 monthiy; Lieutenant J. Patrick <br />Sexton - an fncrease of $25.00 monthly; Patrolmen - an hourly increase <br />of 30¢; motion carried unanimously. <br />REPORT OF COUNCIIMAN HENDERSON - Finance and Civic Center <br />Proposed Ordlnance - Licenstnq of Service Station Pumps <br />As recommended by the Finance Committee, Counci�man Henderson moved to in- <br />troduce by Title and give the First Reading to an Ordinante Regulating the <br />.Fee for Service Stations Based on the Number of Pump Installations; motion <br />carried unanfmously. <br />- 3 - <br />
