, <br />� <br />htlnutes of the Regular Council t�eeting of the Viltage Council <br />June 30, 1969 <br />Page S1x <br />A000rtionment Resolution - Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 4 <br />Counctiman Crepeau introduced the attached resolution and moved its adopt- <br />ion regarding the apportionment of assessments reiating to Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No, 4; seconded by Councilman Hoilenhorst; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Arden H(Iis - Roseville aoundar Water Connections <br />Council discussed the matter of a financfal adfustment tor certain properties <br />� adjacenfi to the Rosevllie water main, whfch are subject to being taxed by <br />both munlcipalities. <br />Matter reterred to the Finance Committee to figure ah equitable formula, <br />Non-Conformina Advertfsf� Sion <br />Counc(Iman Crepeau recommended thet tne non-conforming sign, located on <br />Htghway 96, north of Hlghway 10 and owned by Naegele Sign Company, be re- <br />moved within 30 days; the sign was ordered to be removed in i967, at which <br />time a two year extension had expired. <br />Councll wili further consider the matter and similar situatfons. <br />��mp�ainTs - 7win City Trailer Park and Mounds Avenue <br />Jack Wtes, 1948 Mounds Avenue, and Albert Kleidon, 1956 Mounds Avenue, ap- <br />peared and submitted picfiures regarding the grading of Mounds Avenue and <br />the weeds, trash, papers, etcetera on the Mounds Avenue side of the Twin <br />City Trailer Park. <br />Matter and pictures referred to fihe Planning Commission; representatives <br />from Mounds Avenue were invited to attend the meeting at whfch this will <br />be discussed. <br />Councilman Crepeau recommended that the Council and the Planning Commtssion <br />tour the trailer park. <br />Arden HIIis - New Briahton Boundary Studv Meetinq <br />Clerk Adminfstrator requested to comply with the request of Mr. Schaefer, <br />New Brighton Village Manager, to schedule a joint meeting with a month's <br />notice.
