Motion carried unanimously. <br />BUStNESS fROM THE FLOOR <br />None. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAME5 LYNDEN <br />. 78-31 <br />ynden referred Counc <br />mit - "Sutton Place" <br />re-drafi' ot Special Use Permit 78-3l. <br />Wing�rfi moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council appro�e the <br />Special Use Permit - Case No. 78-3t, as submitted. After discus- <br />sion of the aiternate methods of regulating the operatfon of <br />massage•, rap and sauna parlors, outilned tn Attorney Lynden�s <br />lettar, Council requested Lynden to answer the Public Safety <br />Committee's specific concerns (Minutes Public Safety Committee <br />Meeting of 4-16-79). <br />Councll defarred further consideration of the matter, pending <br />Attorney's answers re Pub{ic Safety Commitfiee concerns. <br />istrict Lon <br />- At <br />Lynden referred Council to his letter of 5-f8-79 and photocopy <br />of Attorney General's Opinion dated 5-l7-79. <br />After discussion, it was the generaf consensus oP Councii to not <br />pursue tfie matter. <br />_�_ <br />
