Motton carried <br />unanimously, <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Nanson, that Council tinds the Rice <br />Craek Watershed Long Lake Chafn of Lakes Improvement ProJect to be <br />a"pub9ic utility use". Motion carrled unan(mously. <br />(Lynden was raquested to obta(n Attor�ey General"s opinion relative <br />to pre-emption of Ctty Ordinance requlrement by Chapte r 112.) <br />Ord <br />7 re 5auna LicensJn <br />Lynden r�ferred Councft to sample Sauna Licensing Ordinance from <br />cities of SMoreview and Roseville; requested Council directive for <br />pr9paration of draft of desired Arden Hilis ordinance. <br />After discussion, Council concurred that the Arden Hflis' ordinance <br />, shou8d incorporate licensing of saunas, massage parlors, masseurs. <br />an� masseusesa conversation parlors, etc. in one ordinance. <br />Woodburn moved, secondsd by Crichton, that Council Introduce <br />Ordinance No. 207 by Tit9e, An Ordinance Relating to the Licansing <br />of Saunas, Massage Parlors, Masseurs and Masseuses and Conversation <br />Parlors.
