�� � <br />Extra.^_+: +. � _wi-:u�_��e �Jc ��YLeting <br />4l1 �tt�.�.i?CT..' 4vCl��'1.�."1]. <br />Villa�3: oA` .iyrden Sill � <br />Rar.is�y Ceunty, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />Village Council of the village of Arden 8ills, Minnesota, was duly held <br />� i in the Village Hall in said Village on Tueaday, the 17th day of Septem- <br />ber, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P,i�9. <br />The following members were �resent: Kennedy, Stromquist, <br />Crapean and Nethercut <br />and the Eollowing were absenta Olmen <br />1v[ember ����� � introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER I'�SPROVEMENT 810. 6, <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATIOAi <br />OF PROPOSBD ASSESSMENT <br />W�REAS, Contracts have been let for Sa;nitaxy Sewer Improvement <br />No. 6 of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $59.'IOQAO and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvernent amount to $23,39Z33 <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $83,094.33; and of <br />this cost the V311age will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost, <br />NOW, TI�REFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />ViZlage o£ Arden Hills, Minnesota, as Pollowsa <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially asaessed ia Aere- <br />by declared to be $83,097.33. <br />2. The Village Clerk, together with the assistance of the <br />Village Engineer �hall forthwith calculate the proper a�noeust to be <br />specially assessed for such improvement against every assessab].e lot, <br />•piece or parcel of land within the dfstrict affected, w3thout regard <br />to cash valuation, as provided by law, aad she shall file a copy of <br />sa�h proposed assesmnent in her ofEice for public inspection. The <br />Village Clerk may arrange for f:he assistance of the Machine Accouating <br />Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the propoaed <br />assessmeiat roll. <br />3. The Village Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for theix further action and <br />for their aetting of an assessmeat hearing therefor. <br />
