<br />The MI.utes of the Regular Council Meetl~g of December 13, 1971 were
<br />approved as amended.

<br />Mr, Jack Drews, President-elect of the A~den HIBis Sportsman Club,
<br />asked the Council to postpone Council action on the Sportsman Club
<br />application f~r rezoning and G spec!al use permit, to provide time for
<br />the club to nogot!ate wIth Ramsey County.
<br />
<br />~ John BiIllckmore, 16,80 lake Johanna Blvd., said the"!' as lIn adJoin-
<br />Ing propert, owner, he Is oppased to the proposal and Is e'so opposed
<br />to ~nother postponement,

<br />Mr. Larry McGough, 1666 Lake Johan~a BBvd. state~ that the matter was
<br />already tabled by the Coynel" on June n4, 191i, for sIxty days, at
<br />the request of t~a Sportsman C1ub. He seld It was not until the
<br />December j3, 191i Council meotlng that a petition was submitted to
<br />the Councl 1, containIng approximately 239 signatures. requesting the
<br />Counc!U's approvall 01 the club's application for rezoning llInd II specla~
<br />use permit. Mr. McGaugh stated that he now has a cou"ter~petitlon
<br />consisting of more thal'l 239 signatures, opposing the proposal, which
<br />can be submitted. Mr. McGough requElsted that the matter not be ,post-
<br />poned or tabl<ad.
