Motion carried unanimoUSly. <br /> <br />Henderson moved, seconded by Herrick, that, because of the late pas- <br />sage of the ordinance, the prescribed penalty fees be effective atter <br />February ~, ~972, Instead of January I, 0972. Christoffersen advised the Council that approxImately <br />600 cubic yards of gravel fill over the water line, at an estImated <br />cost of S2000, would be requDred to prevent freezing of the water <br />line on Gale Clrcgo. <br /> <br />Ho! lenharst moved, seconded by Henderson, that the Engineer be author- <br />I.od to order the flia, as described; the cost to be applied to the <br />future street assessment. Motion carried unanimOUSly. <br /> <br />Revised Corrective Population Count <br />A copy of a memo to Gordon M. FaV.
