Hearing to be held at the St. Paul Arts <br />and Science Center. <br /> <br />Bethel Col le~e Symposium <br />Mayor Crepeau announced a symposium to be held at the Bethel <br />Campus Wednesday, October 20, 1971 from noon to 8:00 p.m. on: <br />Understanding, Ordering and Improving Suburbia. He asked <br />Counci I members to attend If possible, and asked Clerk Adminis- <br />trator to consider attending. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR LORRAINE STROMQUIST <br /> <br />Election Boards <br />Motion was made by Herrick, seconded by He~derson, that the Ele~tlon <br />Boards for the November 2, 1971 Village Election be approved as <br />submitted by Clerk Administrator and attached. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />September PayroLL . <br />Motion made by Henderson, seconded by Herrick, that th$'~ayroll for <br />September, 1971, be approved as submitted. Motion carried unanlmous!'y. <br /> <br />Arden Hi lis Jayc~~ <br />Mr. William Benzick offered to donate Arden Hills a flag for the <br />Village Hall it I'~ is needed. Clerk Administrator to check condition <br />of old flag and call Mr. Benzick. <br /> <br />Senior Citizens ProQram <br />A request from Mrs. W.
