Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The preVious plan for the park has been rejected by the Committee, <br /> <br />Community One <br />Motion made by Herrick" seconded by HOllenhorst, that Mr. Glenn Beggln <br />be appointed to represent Arden Hills on the Board of Directors of <br />the Community One Youth Program. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Glenpaul Avenue and New Brlqhton Road <br />The drainage problem of New Brighton Road and Glenpaul Avenue was dis- <br />cussed. Mr. Olmen reported that Ashbach Construction Company estimated <br />a cost of $3800.00 to take care of the drainage on the west side of <br />Glenpauf Road. The Council briefly discussed assessment charge polley <br />regarding such improvements and asked Clerk Administrator Stromquist <br />to furnish assessed costs for past street Improvements. Councilman <br />Olmen agreed to ask the PublIc Works Committee to meet with Ramsey <br />County officials to see what the County might provide toward the project. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAYOR CREPEAU <br /> <br />Open House <br />The Council agreed to hold an open house on Monday, November a, 1971, <br />to show residents the new addition to the Village Hall and Publ Ie <br />Works Maintenance Building.
