Herrick moved that the CouncIl approve the grant agreement as amended and authorIze Its executIon; seconded by J. Hollenhorst. Motion carrIed unanimously. Water Improvement No. 68-1 After revIew of Attorney Courtney's letter. dated May II; 1971, re Water Improvement No. 68-1 pendIng easements. the Councl I requested Attorney Courtney to obtaIn the reasons for the nineteen wIthheld easement settlements. and report to the Councl I. OrdInance RezonIng Annexed Property After review of the ordInance draft amending Ordinance. No. 99, J. Hollenhorst moved that AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED FROM THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON be Introduced by tItle; seconded by R. HerrIck. MotIon carrIed unanImously. Under round Uti lIt J. Hollenhorst move tha t e CouncIl approve the ordInance amend- ments to AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE UNDERGROUND INSTALLATION OF UTILITY DISTRIBUTION LINES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLA- TIONS, as recommended by Attorney Courtney as read. and authorIze Its publicatIon; seconded by R. HerrIck. After dIscussion, J. Hollenhorst moved that SectIon 5.0 be amended as follows: . "...The UtIlIty CommIttee shall consist of the VIllage Engineer, PlannIng Commission or PublIc Works CommIttee member appoInted by the CouncIl, and Village BuIlding Inspector." The amendment to the motion was seconded by G. Henderson and carrIed unanimously. The orIgInal motIon carrIed unanImously. ResolutIon re Tax CollectIons - Annexed Pro~erty G.
