GRAY HENDERSON - Finance and Municipal Lands <br />and Buildings. <br /> <br />Villa~e Hall an4 Maintenance Bui Idin~ AddiTions - ConsideraTion of aids <br />Councilman Henderson moved that the Council accept the low bid from <br />EIView Construction Company, in the amount of $15,141.00. that the <br />alternate bid be rejected; authorizing the Architect to prepare the <br />necessary contracts between the Vi Ilage and the Contractor for <br />Attorney Courtney's approval before execution of the contracts by <br />Village officials. The motion was seconded by Councilman Olmen and <br />carried unanimouSly. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STAN OLMEN - Public Works <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN RONALD HERRICK - Parks and Recreation, Human <br />Rights, Ordinance Review. <br /> <br />Human Rights Commission - Housing Resolution <br />Councilman Herrick advised the Counci I thiit"the Human Rights Commis- <br />sion requests Council endorsement of a resolution, as attached, <br />adopting the Metro Council No. 19 Housing Guidelines for the Village <br />of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Stromquist stated that she has reqeusted a copy of <br />the Guidelines from the Metro Council for Council review. <br /> <br />The Council referred the Guidelines and Resolution to the Planning <br />Commission for study and recommendations to the Council. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAYOR HENRY J. Councilman Olmen agreed to attend the February 17, 1971 <br />meeting and Councilman E.
