BOUTNILET <br />��"" ` DAOeN" March 11 1960 <br />CARL A.SWENSON � <br />+ To The Honorable The Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County� Minnesota <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned as a contract for deed purchaser made application by <br />letter of February 9, 1960 to Ypur Honorable Body to re-zone the follow3ng des- <br />cribed property in the Village oi Arden Aills, to-wit: <br />That part of the EZ of the �E,�—� of Sec. 27, Tcrp. 30, Range 23, <br />lying north of the right-of-way of the Minneapolis, St. Pau1 <br />and Sault �te Marie Railway, subject to Lexington Avenue and <br />Kowalski Road, <br />so that the entire tract of land might be zoned for light industrial use. The <br />present zoning is light industrial as to the southerly portion of the said tract <br />and the balance being zoned £or R-2 residential usage. <br />• In the event that the Village Council acts favorably on the petition to <br />re-zone� the undersigned agrees to submit for the consideration oi the Village <br />Council any proposed use or development of the said tract of land prior to seeking <br />the granting of a building permit for construction or development oi the said <br />property. The undersigned further agrees to advise any purchasers of the said <br />praperty of the existence of this agreement, it being the understanding of the <br />undersigned that the Village wishes to protect itself against objectionable types <br />of industrial development in the Village. <br />�� . <br />• <br />Very truly yours, <br />
