The question
arose as to what, if any, jurisdiction the Village of Arden Hills had
over the property in these rounds. Mr. Courtneg reported that the
Federal Government has exclusive jurisdiction over the property in the
Arsenal grounds but tneir lease of a portion of this property to Serv-
0-Boat requires the leasa to adhere to a11 municipal regulations. This
means the Village should hold a hearing for presentation of plens o
Serv-0-3ost and make the decision as to whether or not such an operation
should be allowed. The hearing was set for the 27th day of Parch, 1961,
at which time 5ery-0-oat Corp, should present all of its plans for this
track. B4r.
