Carried. <br />Mr. Perry, 3670 New Brighton 3�oad registered a complaint against <br />voluntarily giving an easement to sewer project as it applies to 22 <br />accres of propertg that is E mile from him so it is uselesa as far as <br />sewer is concerned. <br />T;r. Courtney asked for a resolution autnorized by Mayor and Clerk to <br />. negotiate with 50o Lina A. Fi. re�arding the assessment on sewer project. <br />Kennedy moved to pass this rasoiution�a C�au seconded.
