'-� <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />• Purauant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br />day of September, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The followinq members were present: Mayo1C Bjoxndahl and <br />Councilmen Grepeau, Hendereon, Sollenhozst and Olmen, <br />and the following were absents None. <br />Councilman, Crepeau introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolutiona <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS.ON CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVEMEiVTS Nos. G8-2 and 68-3 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village Council <br />on May 23, 196E, and June 11, 1968, Banister Engineering Co. has <br />prepared plans and specifications for Consolidated water Improve- <br />ments Nos. 68-2 and 68-3, and has �res�nted such plans and speci- <br />fications to the Council for approval; <br />THEREF'ORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HII.LS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Clez'k Administrator shall yrepare and cause to be <br />• inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved,plans and specifications.
