Engineer Lund sald that the san(tary sewer study <br />for this arsa ts also progressing. <br />Inct_erson Road Pumpina Station <br />Englneer Lund advtsed in h(s report, dated May 23, 1969, regarding <br />the Ingerson Road Pumping Statlon, tha# the pumping capactty co�ld <br />be increased, by insfialiing 2 1-inch (mQellor�, f�om tha present <br />350 gallons per minute to 1300 gallons per minute (running both <br />(mpetlors at the same time); this shoutd be sufficient to handle <br />the anttcfpated sevage flows in th� #oreseeable #uture. He advised <br />that since rev(sion to the piping in the Ingerson Road lif? Station <br />is plenned by the maintenance department this summer, it xould be <br />xise io saake tfiese pump modtfications at the same time to minimize <br />the cost and cause the least reductton in service. GRAY NENDERSOAI - Flnance and Civlc Center <br />None <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STANLEY OIMEN - Pubiic Works <br />Water._Tank Truck <br />Counctiman Stan 0lmen advised that the village own�Q tenk truck ne�ds <br />to be repleced. He said he has receivad an informal bid on a 146b <br />G.M.C. truck (cab and chassis> costTng St704.00, which is in good <br />condition. it has been estimated that it witl cost an additio�al <br />$100.00 to removs the ta�k from the old truck and install ii' o� the <br />new truck. Mr. Beecher said the new truck has been repainted a bright <br />red, 6ut his department can repatnt it green to mafch the other <br />Public Works �quipment. <br />Council authorized Mr. Olmen to purchass the new cab and chassi; <br />and to mount the oid fiank on it. It was desmed a necessary piece <br />of equipment, especially in view of the necessity to supply water <br />to the new library end possibly the school on E2, as well as to var'ious <br />other construction sites not now servsd with municipal water. <br />_ 3 _ <br />
