COURTNEY <br />Title Examination - Proposed Land Purchase <br />Attorney Vi��cent P, Courtney advised that he met wifih Dr. Woodburn <br />and Northern Sfiates Power Company regarding access to the properi-y <br />that the village proposes to purchase fr�m Rose and Amos Gale. It <br />was determined that adequate access to the properfiy is availa6{e <br />across the Northern States Power easement, and PAr. Courtney said <br />that the tftle appeared to be clear to Amos and Rose Gale. <br />CouRcflman G. Henderson moved that counctl auYhorize Attorney Courtney <br />fio proceed with the purchase of the property, in accordance with the <br />earnest money contract with Dr. Woodburn; motion was seconded by Council- <br />man 5. Olmon and carr(ed unanimously. <br />Bid Advertisement - Dump Truck <br />After revi�w of the speclfications for a new dump truck, prepared <br />by Pub{ic Works Supervtsor Everett Qeecher, Councilman S. Olraen moved <br />that councii approve the specifications, as submitted, and authorize <br />Attorney C�urtney to prepare the notice of Advertisement tor Bids <br />for the purchase of the dump truck; bids to be opened by Clsrk Ad- <br />ministraTor Lorraine Stromquist �nd Pu6tic Works Supervisor Everett <br />Beecher ai� 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, t969; motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Nenry Crepeau; motion carried unantmousty. <br />Ordinance No. tl4 - Proposed Amendment <br />Attorney Vincent P.
