. � <br />Extract of �linutes of t9eeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, i�innesota <br />He1d...Apri1 14, 1969 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, P9innesota, <br />� was duly held in the Village Iiall in said village on Monday, <br />the 14th day of April, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The follawing members were present: Mayor Bjorndahl and <br />Councilmen Hollenhorst, Crepeau, Olmen and I3enderson <br />and the following was absente None <br />�e Village Clerk Achninistxator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 10 in New Brighton Bulletin on <br />Y+larch 20, 1969, which affidavit was examined, £ound satisfactory, <br />and ordered placed on file. The Clerk also exhibited a Certificate <br />of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br />The Mayor announced that fche meetinq was open for the <br />consideration of objections, if any, to aaid proposed assess�nt. <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />� <br />
