� � <br />oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed <br />with the Village Clerk Administrator were presented and considered, <br />and all such objections were tabulated as followsa <br />Name Propertv NattiYre of Obiections <br />No one appeared and no written cosmnunications were received. <br />. <br />Councilman Olmen then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoptions <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CODiFIRP�lIi�tG ASSESSP�PtTS FOR <br />SALVITARY SEWER IMPROVEN�ENT NO. 10 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as followss <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 10 against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has <br />been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard <br />to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of A4i.nnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly <br />mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would <br />meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, ancd <br />said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been <br />open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to <br />all 3nterested persons to present their objections, 1t any, to <br />such proposed assesaments. <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objections <br />so presented, and being fully advised in the premisea, finds that <br />each of the lots, pieces and parcels ot land enumerated in the <br />. <br />
