Motion carrled unanimously. <br />REPORT OF PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISOR BUO JOHANSEN <br />• Landscape Plans - �ublic Works Bulid�nq <br />Johansen referred Council to the Public �orks Building Landscape <br />Pian, and to his memo of 4-25-79 outlinang suggested-planttng <br />modiftcations which would provide for two to three additional park- <br />tng stalls a�d more efficient snow storage area on the site. <br />Johansen suggested thet the Pubi(c Works and Parks Departmeot <br />personnel do the planting. <br />After discussion, Council concurred with the suggested plan modi- <br />fications as descrtbed; authorized the plantfng by Cfty Public <br />Works and Parks personnel; requested Johanse� to advise adJacent <br />property owner, (Townhouse Yillages North Home Owners AssoCtation) <br />that City wtll guarantee and matntain plantiogs indicated along <br />the south side of the fence, on their property, for one year; de- <br />ferred planting on adjacent property to fihe east (Grudnoske? <br />pending further informatTon from Grudnoskes. <br />Liqhts - Lttt Statton Na. 5 <br />Johansen reterred Council to his memo (4-25-79). <br />Wood6urn moved, seconded by Ha�son, that Council authorize the <br />installation of the three No. 5 Lift Station ilghts by Anderson <br />Electric Company at E535.00.
