Mrytion carried unan(mously. <br />Public Safetv Commifitee Recommendatfons Re Sauna Ordfnance <br />Counctl was referred to the Saun.a Ordinance draft and to r�com- <br />mendations of.the Public Safety Commifitee (Minutes of 4-16-79). <br />Hanson suggested that Council consider regulatfon of Saunas, <br />Massage a�d Rap Parlors by modif3catEon of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />in.stead ofi by separate ordinance;suggestad defining massage, rap <br />and sauna parlors, omttting thase uses frotn the lisi-ed permitted, <br />specfal and accessory uses. <br />Councll referred Ma�son°s Zoning Ordinance modification suggestion <br />to Afitor�ey Lynden for his constderation and rsport to Council. <br />Fire Protection Board Meeting, Aprii 18th <br />Woodburn reported that fire Chtef Dave Koch has requested Council <br />approval of the Department's Mutual Aid Contracfi with the Arsenal. <br />Wtngart moved, seco�ded by Woodburn, that Councii approve the <br />Mutuai; Aid GontraCt between the Arsenal and Lake Johanna Volunteer <br />Ftre Department. Motlon carried unanimously. <br />Woodburn �ioted that the Flre Department is proposing to pay the <br />ftse fighters for tires attended; establishtng a maximum amount <br />per year to be divided amo�g the fire fdghters (no Counctl approval <br />is needed, informational only). <br />-4- <br />
