An open trench was also dug over the Schifsky property to <br />an existing cuivert. <br />Mr. Dimke, Rica Creek Watershed Dfs?rdct, commended Mayor Crepeau <br />ln declaring an emerge�cy; considered It to be the reai solution <br />rhich neither GNR or RCWO could effect �ithout a court order. <br />Oimke dis�ri6uted pages from the RCWO preliminary report (Finai <br />Raport aiil ba evailable abou4 July idth) re proposed improvement <br />proJects 4o prevent severe f400dtng and erosfon during heavy rain- <br />falis.
