POPOVICHe The Council has the prerogative to adopt <br />an Ordinance that defers assessments for elderly people if it <br />in its ordinance determines what might be a hardship or no�o <br />You may do that on a basis of income or pension, but assuming <br />that the Council determined to adopt that kind of Ordinance and <br />the people would meet those standards that you had, you aould <br />defer the assessments.
