My other problem is I'm really not certain of the soil in this area on the north end, I haven't had any borings made. I'm saying eventually the base plan is acceptable. I guess I'm not persuaded that the stub qoing along Highway 10 to the north from Highway 96 is necessarily the way that area should be served, I think it's not qoing to serve (inaudible).
