MR, CFiRISTOFFERSENa No.
1R. HUSNIKe So, am I looking at a northwesterly direction
on the red line to a dead-end by he end of our mobile home
• park?
MR. CHRISTOFFERSENs That's correct. That's a 12-inch
line,
itR. HUSNIK: We also have acreage in the southeast section.
Originally it was going to qo up Snelling,
MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: at's part of the base plan.
MR< HUSNIK: The only thing is - in Arden Manor it's - we
have our own water system and at one time we had said that any-
body needed water of any of the resldential water - if they had
a failure of their wells we would give them water. I can't
really see the need for that oater going up there. The high
assessment rate to us in a place that's losing money now, The
other one is we're just a really Earmland - residential area
and i don't know if anybody aouthwesterly portion of 10 between
the red line starts - all that direction in favor of water
there. (Inaudible) the northeast quadrant of that, I figure
that would be about $65,000 assessrnent on top of the sewer
assessments we have on that piece and we don't know (inaudible)
about that land but we have about $10,000 a year taxes due to
principal and interest on assessments that are there. I don't
know who needs the water there myself. I know your interest in
looping the line, but you must have some other alternates too.
Does somebody on the east of 35-?a, south of 96 - is there some-
body in favor of water in that area?
MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: This whole area here.
MR, HUSNIK: Is it sortthing that you can dead-end for the
time being? You indicate you get into the lumber yard there
north of the Manor.
P9R, CHRISTOFFERSEN: This gets (inaudible). It's quite a
ways off of a dead-end, and to prepare the proper fire flows
you wouid have to go to a much larger pipe, and then I'ra not
certain we could get it, and not only that, you get to the
point if you have failure of any one of the watermains - say
in this point you would have the whole thing cut off.
• MR, IiUSNIK: The portion that the red line - that goes
north of Highway 96 at this point - is there anybody besides
us interested in water in that section? I just wanted to know.
I have a house there.
MAYOR CREPEAU: 6+Tt►y don't you ask the rest of your ques-
tions Mr, Husnik, and we'll answer them.
