It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoing amendment to said proposed assessment is just and equit- <br />able, and necessary to a fair assessmenf for payment of the cost <br />o€ said i.mprovement. <br />The motion for the adopiion of the foregoing resolution was <br />• duly seconded by Trustee Olmen , and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: �1 <br />and the followinq vo'r.ed against the same: None <br />whereupon said re�olution was declared duly passed and adap�ed. <br />Clark Stromquist then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />�E30LUTIO�T ADOPTIDTG AND CONFIi2MIffiG <br />i2EASSESSMENTS F02 STx3EE'T IMPROVLMIs`NT NO. 3 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Arden 8ills, Minnesota� as follows: <br />1. The amount proper and aecessary to be specially reassessed <br />at this time for Street Improvement Pdo. 3 against every asaess- <br />able lot, piece or parcel of land af#ected thereby has been duly <br />caiculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash <br />valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and notice has been duly published, as requi.red by law <br />that this Council would meet to hesr, consider and pass upon all <br />objections, if any, and said proposed reassessment has at all timea <br />aince its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity <br />has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, <br />if any, to such proposed reassessments and aaid proposed reassessment <br />has been amended as 'co certain parcels of Iand, by resolu�ion duly <br />adopted this date. <br />2. Thia Council, having heard and considered all objectiane so <br />presente8, and being fully advised in the preinisea, £inds that each <br />• of the lots, pieces and paFcels of land cnumerated in the proposed <br />reassessment as so amended was and is specially benefited by the <br />conatruction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the <br />reasaessment set opposite the deseription of each such lot, piece and <br />parcel of land, respeotively, and such amount so set out is hereby <br />levied aqainst each of the respective lots, pieces and parcels of <br />lartd therein described, <br />3, The proposed reassessments as amended are hereby adopted <br />and confirmed as the proper s,pecial assessments for each of said lota <br />pieces and parce].s of land respectively, and the reassessment against <br />each parcel, together with interest at the rate of 596 per annum <br />accruing on the full amount ther�f frosa time to time unpaid, shall <br />be a lien aoncurrent with general taxes upon auch parcel and all <br />thereof . <br />
