The Village C1erk sha11� as soon as may be, prepare and tranamit to the County Auditor a certified duplicate of the reasse�s- ment roll, wittz each installmen�c and 3nterest on each unpaid assess- ment set forth separately, to be extended upon th� praper tax lists of the County, and the County Auditor shall thereafter collect said reasseasments in the manner provided by law, in substitution for the assessments originally levied upon said respective parcels, • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu�ion was duly seconded by Trustee olmen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the foilowing voted agains� the samee None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
