VILLAGE OF A_�DEbT HILLS <br />NOTICE OF HEAR7NG Oi3 SUPPLEMEN`iAL <br />:tEASSESSN�BAtT AND F2EAPPORTIONMENT <br />FOR STREET IMPR�VEMENT NO. 4 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the V'illage Council of the <br />Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet in the Council <br />Chambere in the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, Auquet 6, <br />1963, at $:00 o'clock P.M. to hear, consider, and pass upon all <br />written or oral objections, if any, to groposed supplemental <br />assessments, reassessments and apportionment of previous assess- <br />ments in reapect to Street Improvement No. 4, �aid original <br />• hearing being held on October 24, 1962 and said assessment roll <br />as amended being adopted October 29, 1962 and certified to the <br />County Auditor on November 30, 1962, upon properties heretofore <br />detexmined to be assessable therefor, The assessment roll as <br />araeaded and adopted October 29, 1962 is on file and open to public <br />inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village <br />Clerk and was certified to the County Auditor on Nov�nber 30, <br />1962. Amounts assessed against any parcel of land are payable <br />in 10 equsl, consecutive annual installments, the first o£ euch <br />installments payable with general taxes for the year 1962, <br />collectible with such taxes during the year I.963. The £irst <br />installment payable un th interest at the rate of 5% per annum <br />from the asseasment of October 29, 19b2 Yo Dec�nber 31, 1962 <br />and each subsequent installment payable with one year's interest <br />at said rate. No interest was charged if said assessment was <br />paid at the offiee of the village Treasurer within 30 d�ys fram <br />the date of the adoption of the assessment roll. <br />The purpose of said hearing is to �ke supplementary <br />assessmen�s to correct omissions, errors or mistakes in the oriqinal <br />assessment; proposed resssessments and apportionments of assess- <br />ments on parcels o£ property that have subsequently been pl atted <br />and subdivided since the original assessmene. A list of all of the <br />lots and parcels of land as to which it is proposed to make <br />such supplemental assessments, reassessments and reapportionment <br />is on file and open to pnblic inspection by all persons interested, <br />in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />The general nature of Street Improvement No. 4 consisted <br />of the qrading and surfacing of the village streets described <br />below, including the coa►struction of storm sewers neaessary�and <br />incidental thereta.
