Refuse Receptacles. Any establishments licensed hereunder shaU at aUtirnes be <br /> <br />equipped with adequate trash receptacles which shaU be emptied on a regular and <br /> <br />recurring basis. <br /> <br />4. Display of License to Operate. The license to operate the establishment shall be <br /> <br />prominently in public display on the premises at aU times during the hours of its <br /> <br />operation. <br /> <br />5. Hours of Operation. The licensed premises shaU not be open for business nor shaU <br /> <br />patrons be permitted on the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />of the succeeding day. <br /> <br />6. Occupancy or Guest Register. The licensee shaU be responsible for maintaining <br /> <br />an occupancy or guest register by which each patron of the sauna, rap or massage <br /> <br />parlor must register his or her name, age, address and phone number, and each <br /> <br />licensee, or person in his or her employ, shaU require each patron to furnish <br /> <br /> <br />identification describing and identifying his or her correct name, age, address and <br /> <br /> <br />phone number. Such occupancy or guest register shaU be available for inspection at <br /> <br /> <br />aU times by officers, employees or agents of the City or any other agency or political <br /> <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota or United States Government. Occupancy or <br /> <br /> <br />guest registers must be kept by the licensee for a period of not less than two (2) years <br /> <br /> <br />after aU of its pages have been fiUed. <br /> <br />3 - 64 <br />
