Licensee shall allow <br /> <br />his or her entire premises to be inspected by the building inspector. health officer, any <br /> <br />peHee officer of the City's designated lawenfoIeement provider or member of the fIre <br />"",'-"',. ,.....-'c,.. .-,',C, <br /> <br />department, and any other officer, employee or agent of the City or the State of <br /> <br />Minnesota, or the United States Government. Upon demand by any peHee officer of <br /> <br />City's desigrui!~.1~'Yenforcement provider, any person engaged in providing services <br /> <br />in any licensed premises shall identify himself or herself by giving his or her true <br /> <br />legal name and his or her correct address. <br /> <br />8. Designation of Manager. If the licensee is a partnership or a corporation, it shall <br /> <br />designate a person to be manager of the business. Such person shall remain <br /> <br />responsible for the conduct of the business until another single person has been <br /> <br />designated in writing by the licensee. The licensee shall promptly notify the <br /> <br />Administrator in writing of any such change indicating the name and address of the <br /> <br />new manager and the effective date of such change. <br /> <br />9. List of Employees. The licensee shall furnish the Administrator with a list of <br /> <br />current employees indicating their names and addresses and designating the duties of <br /> <br />them.
