Upon demand by any peHee officer of City's desigrui!~.1~'Yenforcement provider, any person engaged in providing services in any licensed premises shall identify himself or herself by giving his or her true legal name and his or her correct address. 8. Designation of Manager. If the licensee is a partnership or a corporation, it shall designate a person to be manager of the business. Such person shall remain responsible for the conduct of the business until another single person has been designated in writing by the licensee. The licensee shall promptly notify the Administrator in writing of any such change indicating the name and address of the new manager and the effective date of such change. 9. List of Employees. The licensee shall furnish the Administrator with a list of current employees indicating their names and addresses and designating the duties of them.
