Maintenance in Sanitary Condition of Sauna and Massage Parlors. In the case of <br /> <br /> <br />sauna and massage parlors, the licensed premises must be kept and maintained in a <br /> <br /> <br />sanitary condition, and all equipment, personal property, tables, beds, towels, <br /> <br />clothing and the like shall also be maintained in a sanitary condition. <br /> <br />11. Health and Disease Control in Sauna and Massage Parlors. No person, while <br /> <br />afflicted with any disease in a communicable form or while a carrier of such disease <br /> <br />or while afflicted with boils, infected wounds, sores or any acute respiratory infection <br /> <br />shall work or provide services in any massage or sauna room, and no person known <br /> <br />or suspected of being afflicted with any such disease or condition shall be employed <br /> <br />or permitted in such area or capacity. <br /> <br />12. Minors Prohibited. No person under eighteen (18) years of age shall be permitted <br /> <br /> <br />upon or allowed to be employed or to serve in the massage, rap or sauna parlor. <br /> <br />13. Possession of Alcoholic Beverages or Narcotic Drugs Prohibited. No alcoholic <br /> <br />beverages, narcotic drugs or controlled substances shall be kept, possessed or <br /> <br />maintained upon the premises of any massage, rap or sauna parlor. <br /> <br />C.
