<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 4 Animals and Pets <br /> <br />information: <br /> <br />A. A description of the property upon which the dogs will be kept. Outside kennels <br /> <br /> <br />shall be constructed of suitable size to maintain and secure the keeping of the <br /> <br /> <br />particular breeds of dogs and to allow for sufficient space for dogs to exercise <br /> <br />freely. All surfaces shall be constructed of material to provide for proper cleaning, <br /> <br />drainage, maintenance, and other needs of the dogs. <br /> <br />B. A current rabies certificate and list of dog tags for each dog to be kept in the <br /> <br />Kennel. <br /> <br />C. The breeds and number of dogs over the age of three (3) months to be kept on <br /> <br />the premises. <br /> <br />D. A statement that the applicant will at an times keep the animals in accordance <br /> <br />with all conditions prescribed by the City or State, and that failure to comply with <br /> <br />the conditions shall constitute a violation of this Section and shall be grounds for the <br /> <br />suspension or revocation of the license. <br /> <br />E. Other information as may be required by the City or State. <br /> <br />420.02 Investigation.
