Subd. 6 Carrying Concealed. The possession by any persons other than a public officer of any deadly weapon concealed on his or her person is hereby prohibited. Subd. 7 Discharge Restricted. The fIring of a gun or use of other deadly weapon in the lawful defense of the person, property or family of the user of the weapon is excepted from the prohibitions set forth in this Chapter and similarly, the firing of a gun or use of other deadly weapons in the necessary enforcement of the law, whether by a p6Hee lllw enforcement officer or a private individual, is also excepted from the prohibitions contained ., .....-". in this Subsection. Subd. 8 Permits. The City Council may promulgate regulations for the suitable protection of persons and property and, subject to the regulations, the Council may issue special permits to duly-organized clubs and their members for shooting or the use of air rifles or bow and arrows on lands owned or leased by the clubs. The permits shall be issued by the City Administrator upon direction of the Council, shall be in writing, and shall be valid only when in the possession of the person to whom issued. 630.04 Garbage and Trash' Nll1t: City indicated city may be changing this Section.
