The <br />City Council may wish to add language to address this issue. A sample would be: <br /> <br />Property that has been acquired by the City, by any means, as recreational <br />or open space sites shall not be directed to other uses or disposed of by the <br />City, except in the following manner: <br /> <br />A. Parks & Recreation Commission Recommendation; <br />B. Public Hearing; <br />C. Majority Vote of City Council; <br />D. Replace Disposed Property; <br />E. Appraisals <br />F. Funds Exclusion to Parks <br /> <br />Chapter 8 - Traffic and Motor Vehicles <br />This chapter is Chapter 26 of the current code. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Section 800.03 <br />This section will be replaced with the recently adopted City Ordinance 312. <br /> <br />Chapter 9 - Buildine:s and Construction <br />This chapter is Cbapter 6 of the current code. The City enforces the various requirements of the <br />State Uniform Building Code of which this chapter specifically references. The code has been <br />changed in recent years and, as a result, staffis attempting to coordinate with the LMC as to the <br />final language that ensures our adoption of language that is consistent with the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Chapter 10 - Utilities <br />This is Chapter 28 of the current code. <br /> <br />Section 1000.04, Discontinuation of Service <br />The Council may wish to make changes to this section of the ordinance that addresses the <br />discontinuation of service. The City may wish to insert language that provides for turnoff <br />of water with a less time-consuming process. <br /> <br />e <br />
