Standards for construction <br /> <br />Any suggestions Council may have on this chapter before a revision is brought back for review is <br />appreciated. <br /> <br />Chanter 16 - Swimminl!: Pools <br />This chapter will be incorporated into Chapter 9 upon conclusion of the codification process. <br />This is Chapter 23 of the current code. <br /> <br />No significant changes are proposed to this chapter. <br /> <br />Other <br /> <br />Chanters 11 and 13 - IS <br />Chapters 11 and 13 -15 (mobile homes, shorelands, floodplains and excavations) have <br />been removed, and need to be incorporated into the City's wning ordinance. The LMC <br />will not be making any revisions to these chapters. <br /> <br />Rililit-of- W av Ordinance <br />The City Council should also consider the adoption of a right-of-way ordinance. A copy <br />Ofthe LMC model ordinance is attached. The Council should review the model and <br />finalize its choices for the options listed in the enclosed model. <br /> <br />Annendix <br />The appendix (cable franchise agreement, zoning ordinance) are simply added or referred <br />to after the fact. <br /> <br />BF/sls <br />
