Each member of any board, committee or commission of the City <br /> <br />shall be required to vote on matters coming before that body unless such member shall have <br /> <br />a conflict of interest concerning the matter to be voted on. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Minimum Requirement for Action. Unless otherwise specifically provided, a <br /> <br />majority of the members of any board, committee or commission present and voting at any <br /> <br />meeting thereof shall be required for any action or decision of such board, committee or <br /> <br />commission. <br /> <br />220,02 Advisory Committees. Advisory commlttees may be established by the Council as may <br /> <br />be needed from time to time for the efficient operation and administration of the affairs of the <br /> <br />City. In the event such committees are established, the members thereof shall be appointed by the <br /> <br />mayor with the approval of the Council. ~: The committees that should be listed in this <br /> <br />chapter are those with ongoing duties created by a specific ordinance. The EDA should definitJ\, <br /> <br />be added. <br /> <br />220.03 Human Rights Commission' ~: This commission is not required by statute.
