<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 2 Administration <br /> <br />membership of the human rights commission prior to the expiration of the term for which his <br /> <br />or her predecessor was appointed shall be appointed only for the remainder of such unexpired <br /> <br />term. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Compensation. Both regular members and ad hoc members of the human rights <br /> <br />commission shall serve without compensation. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Duties and Responsibilities. In fulfillment of its purpose. the human rights <br />commission's duties and responsibilities shall be to: <br /> <br />A. Adopt bylaws and rules for the conduct of its affairs including the election of such <br /> <br />officers other than chairperson as it deems necessary, assumption of duties and definition <br /> <br />of responsibilities of officers and committees. <br /> <br />B. Draft a memorandum of agreement with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights <br /> <br />for the purpose of determining regulatory and enforcement procedures. <br /> <br />c.
