If no such proceedings are started within that time, the building permit shall <br /> <br /> <br />be issued in accordance with the applicable City regulations if the application for <br /> <br /> <br />said permit otherwise conforms to City regulations. <br /> <br />B. Recommendations. The recommendations and fmdings of the Planning Commission, <br /> <br />except as provided in Subsection 6.a., shall be advisory to the City Council which may <br /> <br />take such action on the recommendation as it deems proper. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Rules of Procedure. The Planning Commission shall prescribe its own rules ofpro~ <br /> <br />cedure to the extent permissible under statute and to the extent that such rules are consistent <br /> <br />with this Code. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Records. The Planning Commission shall provide a written record of its <br /> <br />proceedings, including the minutes of its meetings, findings and the action taken by the <br /> <br />commission on each matter referred to it or heard by it, including the final recommendation. <br /> <br />iliQre.: There were comments next to subd. 8 but they didn't seem to indicate any changes <br /> <br />to be me made.) <br /> <br />2 - 17 <br />
