<br /> The minutes of the regu1ar meeting of November S, were apnroved as
<br /> amended. Minutes of the special meeting of November 15, were
<br /> approved as submitted.

<br /> Mr. F, Kosslak introduced Mr. Adams, potential buyer of his trailer
<br /> court, and" a representative of Michael's Realty Company, They
<br /> outlined plans to acquire five additional lots east of the tral1er
<br /> court to insure more desirable accomodations for the 5~trailer
<br /> court; Mr. Adams will prepare"detailed plans of the proposed trailer
<br /> court layout and submit them to the Planning Commission sometime
<br /> after December 7, 1965. .

<br /> Mr. McClung reported that an old farmhouse, lOcated near hie home,
<br /> was vacated several weeks ago. He requested that the owner demolish
<br /> the building since it w8s"atnractin vandals and was unsafe for
<br /> hUman habitation. Matter referred to Building Inspector Kelley to
<br /> f determine satetyetc.

<br /> Bulletin December 2, 1965~ Notices to.be mailed December 3 to
<br /> persons listed on the ownership report; Publ1c hearing is eoh,eduled
<br /> for December 13. .
