Clerk Informed the Council that the Planning <br />CommIssion In their letter of AprIl II, 1966, stated that they are In <br />agreement with the recommendations of the Board of Appeals. Referred <br />to Clerk to so Inform Mr. Kelley and request that this InspectIon be <br />made before the next PlannIng CommIssIon meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk dIstributed copIes of the proposed development of the commercial <br />area on County Road E between LexIngton and the Freeway as planned by <br />Carl Dale. <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut requested the CouncIl to stOdy the proposal before <br />recommending a procedure for developIng as requested by the CommIssion. <br /> <br />REPORT Of TRUSTEE CREPEAU <br /> <br />Speed Control <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau Informed the Council that the Arden HIlls Police Depart- <br />ment wIll comply wIth the request of Captain Nelson, State HIghway <br />Patrol, to cooperate with other villages by attemptIng to curb speeding <br />wIth concentrated use of the radar system. He stated that he would like <br />publIcity on this matter. <br /> <br />Junked Cars <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut Informed the Council that he understands that ~t.
