Staff has included language that would ultimately give that authority <br /> to the City Councilor City Administrator. <br /> He recommendcd approval of the seven Sign Ordinance Amcndments as proposcd. <br /> Commissioncr Larson recommended thcy designate a ccrtain staff membcr or designcc to <br /> look into the signage. He noted as it was worded that City Councilor City Administrator <br /> shall detcrminc if the signage is visible was poor wording tor an Ordinance. <br /> Chair Sand opcned the public hearing at 8:30 p.m. <br /> Chair Sand invitcd anyone tor or against thc variance to come forward and make <br /> commcnt. <br /> Bruce Kunkel, 3452 Glen Arden Road and Administrator at Bethel Collcge, thankcd statT <br /> and thc Commission for their work on this.
