Highway 96; Zoning Ordinance Amendments for 10-toot Front Porch Exception to Front Sctback in R-I and R-2 Zoning District. Zoning Amendments # I and #2 to allow for stcps, decks, and ramps as Permitted Encroachments of up to 6 feet in all Zoning Districts and to allow Front Porchcs as Pennittcd Encroachmcnts of up to 10 fcet, providcd that thc front porch is no closcr than 30 fcet from any front or side lot line, for Singe-Family Dwellings.
