Chair Sand stated he understood applicant wanted the removal of the existing structure to not be done at the release of the final plat, but rather at the issuance of the building permit. Mr. Kotoski responded that was correct. Commissioner Bezdicek asked if a building pemlit would be issued prior to the filing of the Final Plat with Ramsey County. Mr. Kotoski responded the Final Plat would be filed first. Commissioner Larson moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to recommend approval of Planning Case No. 05-19, Bryson Woods, 1978 Thom Drive, Final Plat after finding the proposed plat is consistent with previous approvals for the Preliminary Plat and subject to the six conditions as outlined in staffs NO,yember 2, 2005 report, modifying condition E. to read: Removal of Structures<':iii+Th~ev:eloper is required to remove the existing structures prior to the City's issuance of a bui'fcling permit, Imlcss a s~lret~ is posted with the City to ensure removal of tl;ese stx-uctures.ithin a reasonable hmctrame. . .'
