Motion to Appoint the TCAAP Advisorv Master Plannin2: Committee Members <br />Ms. Barton stated stafr is recommending Council appoint twelve members to the TC AAP <br />Master Plan Advisory Group. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br /> motion to appoint the TCAAP Advisory Master Planning Committee. <br />Councilmember Holden asked when they would be getting stm1ed. Ms. Barton responded they <br />would be invited to the master planning kick-off meeting next Tuesday. <br />Mayor Harpstead noted they should also appoint someone from the Parks, Trails, and Recreation <br />COl11m i ttee. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />B. Motion to Approve the Appointment of Susan Iverson as the Citv's new Finance <br /> Director <br />Ms. Wolfe recommended Council approve the appointment of Susan Iverson as the City's new <br />Finance Director \vith a starting salary of 572,007 (Step 3). <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Council member McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the appointment of Susan Iverson as new Finance <br /> Director and a Starting Salary of $72,007 (Step 3). The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />A. Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 07-21 Receivin2: the Feasibilitv Report for the 2007 <br /> PMP Project and Orderin2: the Public Hearin2: for Januarv 29, 2007 <br />l\ls. Giga summarized the City's Pavement Management Program and the Feasibility Report for <br />the 2007 PMP Project. She recommended Council adopt the Resolution receiving the Feasibility <br />Report ror the 2007 PMP Project and order the public hearing for January 29,2007. <br />
