Brighton <br /> Way. Chatham Avenue from County Road E2 to Chatham Court, Lamctti Lane, Lametti Circle, <br /> Connelly A venue, Pine Tree Drive, Harriet A vcnue, Briarknoll Circle, BriarknolI Drive, Dawn <br />. Circle East, Royal Lanc. and Karth Lakc Circle, and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minncsota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NO'V THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvcment be referred to the 2007 Pavement Managemcnt Program for <br /> study and that the City Engincer is instrueted to report to the council with all convenient speed <br /> advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary. <br /> cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be madc as proposed or in connection <br /> with some other improvemcnt, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> AnOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 27th DAY OF NOVEj\'lBER. 2006. <br /> ~~~. <br /> tverly ApI" ows i.
